Partial Planning

This is for the couple who is excited about booking the big things but have a specific vision (or not so specific) and want help with the finer details and design.

What we take care of:

  • Attend venue visit and create full venue floor plan

  • Create design concepts and mood-boards and assist in finding the right rentals and vendors

  • Full communication with vendors one month out

  • Full setup and teardown of basic decor and Flora Events rentals

  • Unlimited meetings and communication with Rachel

  • Attend rehearsal to help manage ceremony details alongside officiant

  • Organize rental pick-up/drop-off
